I recommend using some PPE when spraying 2k clear, it has some nasty compounds (isocyanates) that can cause breathing problems.

If the parts come prime black already do I have to sand it down ? To make it gloss black

If you are applying paint or primer etc you need to sand and clean the parts so it adheres to it

nope, all the sanding shouldve been done already when you applied primer before painting. if you sand after painting, it ruins the paint

I used 2 of each primer, base, and clear. But if I did it again I probably would get 3 or 4 cans of base coat and clear
