A Suisei game would be interesting. Considering her examples were horror games it might be a return of the Suicopath for us (and there is no way she would make something like Aquarium or Ollie's visual novel. Suichan doesn't do fanservice like that lol). She is also known for having a good fashion sense, her various outfits are excellent as well and we know she has some influence on them (Shout in Crisis ponytail outfit was first designed by her before being refined by a professional) so I am sure she could come up with some really nice looking clothes. That exhibition idea sounds incredible as well. Even if I probably wouldn't be able to go in person. Tokyo Dome after Budokan, and after Tokyo Dome maybe an expansive world tour could be done? It would be a lot of work, and would likely mean even less streaming appearances than now but a bigger tour than the one she's doing now, with stops in places even Hololive's World Tour didn't have would be such a massive achievement. And of course there is also Kouhaku (I don't consider a surprise appearance by her this year likely despite the "red ginger" tweet and red team being smaller than white by one, especially as she already is scheduled for Countdown Japan Live on December 31st and already had to cancel/deny Hololive Countdown Live. Kouhaku is obviously such an important thing that I don't think she would refuse if invited but I am not sure how she could manage to fit it in). (Not something that would be a big goal for her but I would love an Ado - Suisei collab so much. It is quite high in my wishlist. Also, Suisei would probably love a chance to collab with Shiina Ringo.)
World tour should be next and it would be cool if each area she went to guest a different group of girls like if she went to Singapore and some of the Indonesian branch girls would come on stage for a song and if She goes to EU maybe like Kiara and Justice show up for a song and then every now and then Hoshimatic Porject. And then maybe like a random set of girls like gamers or fantasy at like Vegas or Taiwan would be pretty cool
It really makes me sad that Suityan shelved the indie game idea because someone told her it will cost tens of millions of yen. The kind of game she wants to make can be made for cheap, depending on how she does it, how much she wants to do herself and how many people end up buying the game. Crap.

Plz make music rhythm game using Hololive's original songs. That's Hololive untapped potential right there. They can even make it a gacha game that roll for new costume and special weapon while playing too.
Game dev cost varies but from the list of game she list it should not cost that much. Plus selling it at such a low cost would either mean its a shorter experimental game or perhaps its selling cosmetic dlc. If she ever reads this I would recommend researching the game genre that she has in mind in details. The easier things to do will be something like horror RPG maker or Visual novel as there are many already available assets online. Its more limiting but its also easier to do compared to learning programming or visual programming from scratch. From there she could try listing down the kind of assets she wants to have in the game eg 5 background, 3 characters, etc. Find out the art style she wants to have then get the approximation pricing for it. Also how involved will she be in terms of the dev eg one woman army vs producer for an indie game. This will also adjust the cost of making the game. On the other hand, Dev_is_hoshimatchi unit ala reality tv show style until the unit debut would be a sight to see!
Seriously tho, She better take a break in January after her tour and guest concert appearances in December (TH-cam Fanfest, Countdown Japan) so that she's properly rested up for Budokan at the start of February.
you dont just make a game a horror game because many popular free games are horror games. thats unoriginal and passionless. as cliche as it is, make it something from the heart, rather than from trends, if you truly want to make an indie game.
I am kinda against Suisei producing other idols solely on the fact that they may end up always being connected to her, like under her shadow, simply because of how big Suisei is now, and how fans would perceive things. Yeah, that is a valid concern to have. Also anything going wrong with them or her could blowback on the other. Which would be tragic. Maybe it would be best to limit ideas like "Producer Hoshimachi" to projects like Hoshimatic (I have seen some talents mention the idea of having a stream with talents doing auditions, something like that could also work as a fun idea. Could make it a multi stream thing. A roleplay of a quasi agency within the greater Hololive managed by talents). Rather than starting new talents from the beginning.
if 8:35 is anything to go by, she at least seems aware enough that she won't just dig herself into a complete hole. also, she seems to tacitly understand this inherent connection, as some of what she said wouldn't make much sense otherwise. it's a valid concern, but i can't really see it as sufficient justification to be _against_ her trying it.
With everything going on it must be nice actually being dedicated to being an idol these days. I won't get info it but Hololive is in for a rude awakening.
