There’s a damn good reason CS doesn’t use every thread. The remaining thread is dedicated to all other tasks your OS handles. If you force CS to use all threads you’re greatly increasing the risk of a BSOD crash.
Also, you won’t see a noticeable increase in FPS if you have more than 12 CPU threads anyways.
Could that be happening with Valo? My GF gets constant BSODs when playing, but me with the same system on CS2 never problems
It's a stupid tip but you're not increasing the risk of a BSOD.
@@Rhedox1you are allocating another core that could be used for any other background process though which could background programs to freeze , even windows ones.
Unless you’re 100%ing you cpu you won’t notice a difference anyway.
Disable pre-rendered frames and check voip options , my friend had the same issue and changed those and are now back 200+

So everyone is facing a packet loss!!! I thought it was happening to me only due to the POOR ISP service. I just changed the ISP without knowing that this is a kind of game issue. Could someone help me fix pocket loss?

Go to launch options, paste " fps_max 0 " there are some commands you can use but that one is what i use
Don't use all threads, or use if u want a blue screen 100% of the time u open CS or play it if you are lucky enough

you need to see your right cpu cores bcz he has a good cpu it means he have 16 cores but personally i had ryz3 3100 and i have 4 cores so i go 1 up and get 5 cores.
Bullet tracers help you track spray aim.
Yes, don't disable that if you want to see where your bullets are going when spraying, although Volvo could do better with the tracers cause they are not very accurate

It feels like in every game one player has a dc because the game crashes. Also sometime after a crash the game just wont restart and is stuck in a update phase but there is no update to install.

Enable bullet tracer is better when you spray
Bullet tracers are not consistance. Do you wait for the bullet to hit the enemy? I dont think so. It ruins your spray. Cs is not a fortnite.

No game in general makes use of all cores.
if anything you should be disabling your non-physical cores and only running the odds if you want better performance, definitely don't enable every single thread

Game became unstable for me.
I‘ve got crashes, server lag, and micro Lag stuttering from this last update not to mention that it sometimes gets stuck at 50 FPS, and my PC Setup is fucking beast, i can run up to 600-700 FPS if I want.
i got back on cs and every time im near a smoke or in it my fps goes to like 60 i dont understand why

facts, i tried using it at full and everytime you run on water (overpass/ancient), it will freeze for 2 seconds. Just use the physical cores - 1 for the threads option (ex. 5800x [8cores] =i only use -threads 7 and stuttering is gone.
Yep I use -threads ( number of cores + 1) basically for me it's 8+1=9 and it works the best this way
@@98bang if you check sys_info it shows the game is already using -1 cores tho for me it's 4 cores and in game it says 3 -threads x really doesn't help in my case either none of the launch options actually have any noticeable impact I also play stretched res that causes so much more stability issue, I just cant play 16:9 if im forced to play native ill quit it's just way to much on screen and way too narrow

its impossible to lose 150 fps over a update, the post from 250 to 100 is bullshit
It happens mostly on better systems rather than lower spec systems. For example tourns the guy on twitter that reviews every cs2 update and fps changes lost aprox 60 fps from 410 to 350, for me it was more because I have a higher end computer I went from an average of 1100 fps on offline practice to 900, still good but yeah it changed a lot, and in matchmaking kinda same went from average 800-900 to 600-700
Please share lesson to jumpthrow.. After update jumpthrow cfg command is prohibited..
In your cfg folder with the comands for jumpthrow you have the comand bind to a key.
You have to erase the key bind and bind it over the console in game.Worked for me.
I think tripp ytb has better config file for this
In cfg folder put these comands
-attack
-attack2
+jump
-jump
Name the cfg file jump or what you prefer...
Open cs and write in console
Bind "n" "exec jump"

To run cs you need a modern 800 euro pc but not a cyberpuke prebuilt or ibuyproblems you need to build it yourself to get the best parts and the most preformance
