    So. much. talking. I would've preferred alignment cues. Just a warning: this definitely isn't for anyone with any wrist sensitivity. I can't remember another yoga practice where I would've spent this much time on my hands.

      It is a power flow. Ironically I just did a Baptiste - Journey Into Power 90 minute flow and spent the majority of the class on hands. So before one decides to take a power flow, it is important to learn proper alignment and know your body's limit to avoid injury.
