Hi Aisyah. Regarding the bruises kan, is it really bruises? Coz by right, bruises aren't supposed to be itchy and it should be bluish colour. It could be urticaria tho. Urticaria tu more to allergic reaction due to environment or self-immune system sbb stress. Urticaria can come and go anytime. Ubat dia is anti-histamine mcm chloramine or cetirizine or loratadine. You might wanna check it out. Hope this info helps. I'm someone with a medical background so don't worry i'm not spreading false info. Take care !

I thought it was just a bruise kat my paha, bawah lengan n betih..but it was itchy n i went to a clinic to consult the dermatologist/doctor.. true enough, it was because of the weather n my skin tolerance towards cold weather is low.. even when i bathed using hot water, it’d be worse.. just apply some cream (moisturiser) n i stopped using hot water for some time (though it was tormenting).. alhamdulillah, it got better.. n I’ve been taking vitamin C, D and some zinc drink and they’ve been working wonders..
i have cold urticaria so travelling to cold weather countries is a pain in the ____. even AC-ed room in Msia pun my cold urticaria naik hence cetrizine is my bestie. so yes i think it's urticaria but her trigger could be different trigger other than cold.
