Very good video on my 2003 650 the spacers on the right side r different, the little spacer goes in the wheel and the longer spacer goes again the frame, the little spacer is smaller around the the longer on any comment?
Just bought a Burgman with a car tire on the back and just received the correct tire for the bike. Thanks for the video doesn't look any harder than my old Goldwing.
Glad you are getting the car tire off, darksiding is for idiots. I tell them, if you can show me one tire manufacturer who suggests using car tires on a motorcycle I will give it a try. LOL

Very helpful but I saw a few things that bothered me. Never use a Metal Hammer on the axle. You can and will damaged the threads. Get a nice dead blow hammer or one with rubber or plastic heads. And when working on big parts like these, wear proper shoes. I have nearly lost a few toes because I wasn't wearing proper safety shoes. Yeah the Hot temperatures are nasty but I would rather have sweaty feet than be missing a toe or 2. Other than that great video. It sure saved my day, I have an AN650 on my lift right now.
So instead of using a ball peen hammer to remove the axle use a dead blow or a rubber mallet. If you dont have either loosen the nut 2 or 3 turns but leave it on. place a large dowel or 2x4 against the nut and hit the wood to loosen the axle. Never hit the end of the threaded axle shaft. Why? Who has the correct die for threads if you mash them.
3:53 suspend the Rotor ? It's still on the wheel & still attached by axle on the bike & swingarm, should have wrote Hang the single piston generic Caliper cause that's what it is the brake Disc so-called rotor never gets hanged by anything when removing a rear wheel on any bike.

Uh Oh. I have a 2018 650 Burgmnan and I cant get the caliper to clear the wheel to get it off. Anyone know the solution?
