I think it’s due to something with them not wanting to give up their coverage, but then once past the line of scrimmage they aren’t programmed to recognize it
Ya the AI is not aware that the QB is no longer able/allowed to pass the ball so they continue their coverage assignment

Use a linebacker and once a qb takes off just push r3 and the lb will immediately go after the qb
Seems like you fixed it by adjusting the defense. Therefore, Madden don't need to fix, you found the patch LOL 😂😘

I think it only works sometimes. when I try to do it intentionally he throws the ball away. when im just playing as normally and accidentally click whatever I click it works

Yes, normally it is. But when this glitch was active (they patched it yesterday) it would cause the QB to become a runner and the defense to ignore him

@@WinMadden i got next gen, i just realized and watch the rest of your video that you have to press as soon as you’re throwing. It worked but i use it once and the game sent 5 cover spy back 2 back, try hard as game.

@@jack221110 no I feel u. I found out bout this play last weekend. I got xbox one current gen. Every glitch video comes out I try it and always send a comment to ask if it works for current gen. Only glitch play that works for us current gen is p a double dig. Single back wing slot. Indy playbook only. Anytime your opponent uses a man defense. Tight end wide open always. But that keeps me happy knowing I have that play against players who don't know Bout it
