I used to run a clan which was pretty decent had to shut it down due to exams, tips I used to grow my clan is using discord to recruit instead of the clash recruitment, I would sometimes use it but I only managed to get about 2 people from there, other than discord I really recommend using the your league viewer when you see 100 people from your league I found it very useful as a recruitment tool, as there are a lot of clan less players who are active daily shown by their attacks won, the higher your trophy the better the players get and are similar to your townhall level or higher. running the clan wise, I would have a spread sheet which I would jot down like donation, war attacks used, clan games, etc. then every month I would promote or demote members but usually it was harder to get demoted than promoted.

I try never to be the gatekeeper on fun. Ill put 4 player's who have opted out of war so one person can play. Everyone has two attacks. We can make up that difference

Yesterday a guy came to my clan and said please add me in the next war and i did. Now today when i open coc i see that he is gone to another clan and me and my friend who is co leader started to roast that guy so bad after 1 hour he rejoined the clan and said i just went to other clan to get the donation since no one was online at night. i kinda felt really bad for the poor guy but then he wrote an entire essasy abusing me and my friend and ultimately we kicked him.
Oh damn haha. That's unfortunate, but oh crap yeah no good for you for kicking him though after that
@@SportyClash Didn't mind the abuse he had all rights to say so lmao but he was flooding the clan chat with it that's why had to do it.

That is all on your decision! But Def make sure to make it visible in the clan description how often you do wars
