    This is fantastic, exactly what I needed to see. Of course when you add a zero or two it really shows the difference on an investment.

    Can Any of this interest methods be Used as a preliminary knowledge to help understand one's ROI better?

    • @jacksonharry4858
      @jacksonharry4858 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Better understanding of your ROI begins by actually getting involved in A good portfolio management service. I learnt this the hard way when I was trying to grow my SSI for a better revenue, so I started investing in commodities that crashed at a time.

    • @jacksonharry4858
      @jacksonharry4858 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Just recently,about December,I engaged in a managerial portfolio, and my manager has actively helped me grow my income by a lot of percentages, a cumulative of about $210K has been generated on my ROI,with a start up of $7k around the corner of December.

    • @peterwyden9158
      @peterwyden9158 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's a lot of interest rate.

    • @peterwyden9158
      @peterwyden9158 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      What does the manager stand to gain? Are there hidden charges of some sort?

    • @jacksonharry4858
      @jacksonharry4858 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lol. There are no hidden charges rather a commission which is taken from the investor's ROI at the end of the trading cycle. Since I trade with an independent broker (Mr. Benjamin Fredrick,he's certified by the FINRA body) He takes a 15% commission.

    The example I use to explain compounding of interest is the following (mind you that Einstein called geometric progression the strongest force of nature)
    Calculate, you choose the currency, a 20.000 loan for 20 years at 20pct interest.
    Non capitalizing interest, meaning simple interest non compounded.
    The calculate the same amount, 20 grand lent for 20 years at a 20 pct interest rate, with quarterly capitalization, meaning the interest is calculated and compounded every 3 months (most common practice in Europe).
    Add while you are at it, a 1 percent quarterly commission (one additional percent every 3 months). Capitalizing means that interest of period one becomes capital in period two and so on.
    In both examples, to make it simple, no payments ever take place.
    How much money is owed in both examples at the end of the 20 year period.?

    Even if your bank or whatever investement you made doest pay compound interest you can allways trasnaform a simple interest in a compound interest. Just take the profit and reinvest it on something. Just continue doing that and allways reinvest the profit and you have coumpound interest.

    I have a doubt.
    What if both decided to take their invested money from their banks after 1 year
    1st one will get 10000rs+500rs(interest)
    2nd one will get
    10000rs +500rs(interest). (Or)
    10500rs +500rs(interest)
    What's the correct answer?

    This is what they need to be teaching in school. This is what the matrix is, they have your brain filled with algebra, fractions, data management, and linear relations but nothing about the real world. The school system hasn't been change in 100 of years, even though the world is developing fast. This is the matrix guys, we have to escape. Thanks for the video. This is what I want to learn.
