    1 cup (100 g) oatmeal.
    1/2 cup (120 ml) milk of your choice.
    2 apples.
    1 tablespoon butter.
    Vanilla. Salt.
    2 eggs.
    1/4 cup (30 g) walnuts.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
