Good video sir. But most of the core companies are not hiring freshers. but I am seeing huge openings are there for min 2+ years experience candidates. And for freshers it is good to know both verilog and VHDL instead of only verilog. One more thing is most of the companies expecting freshers to do additional courses in VLSI in both frontend and backend (they are very expensive). But as you said now we hearing more projects are coming to India in vlsi domain.
I am guessing that next 5-6 years this industry will grow massively and those who are aware to this I guess will grab this chance and will be getting placed into a reputated company with good package as well and as the competion here is very less as compared to CSE getting a good job wont be that hard and as this industry is evergreen so there is some job security aswell and as you gain knowloedge and experience your value and expertise to this domain will be highly fruitful tbh
Its difficult because tire3 colg, may not have VLSI placements. But be skilled in VLSI (particular to domain), there are some fresher opportunities/internships you can apply. Check the recent video on the "Qualcomm fresher Hiring"
Sir, what will happen when I will turn 40. Will Vlsi industry fire me due to age or would i be able to sustain in industry? Sir isn't vlsi industry saturated ? Latest chip size is 2nm and will there be still jobs after 15-20 years ?
Are you confident that with the SC boom in india Btech 4th year guys would be able to get good packages ?? will there be a boom in the jobs as well? would the freshers get 15-20 lpa after having good knowledge about design and verilog? Please answer

Sir, BE in electronics engineering(vlsi design and technology) in teir1 clg equalent to mtech?? Pls reply
Cannot say like that. UG and PG have their own standards. But being in Tier 1 colg, you can expect placements without MTech also.
Super

@@koushiksen9754 yes. You need to learn VLSI and do projects and mention in resume.
Why only tesla has vlsi engineers and if want to settle in ev is the vlsi right choice compare to tesla

Is it difficult for BE students to placed in VLSI industry from 3rd tire college ?And Master degree is most important for VLSI industry ?

@@Shubham_pandey-nk1un not at all saturated. Not only size (nm) matters. There are many other aspects in VLSI. So it will not end only bcos of size.
Will this also increase Mechnical Engineering jobs 3-4 years down the line?
May be yes
