What she is trying to prove is whether the appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith is legitimate or not, which is another cause of delay. In my opinion, she has been receiving orders and instructions from the convicted felon MAGA leader who appointed her to her position to do the bidding or from the corrupt MAGA SC justices! Based on what some legal experts say, this judge does not have the experience to handle such a case!

The 11th circuit ( appeals) is very right wing. The chief justice of the 11th, Pryor.. is EXTREMELY right wing. Yes, he smacked her down before, but he’s upset over all of the messages demanding she be removed. He said they will not accept any more messages concerning Cannon. It is within the power of the 11th District Court if appeals , but they have refused to act. Like I said, Pryor is not happy about all of the people demanding that she be removed so that probably won’t help.. he won’t act unless he must.’ The court can bring the case and remove her without Smith bringing the case. They should have acted by now. I doubt they will. They will force Smith, to bring the case. Pryor is extremely right wing. The thing Smith should do is, is ask for a change in jurisdiction- a change in venue as there’s no way the people are going to get a fair trial in deep red Floriduh

Can the National Archives lodge a complaint that justice is held up and therefore denied them in the return of their legal property?
