@@marcoocram815 you are right of course, it would be possibble. They could probably just throw the bigger engine in there without any problem. It wouldn't make sense financially though! The result would be an even more expensive car than the A45 and very few people would buy it. It wouldn't be nearly as good to drive because of the bigger weight, higher center of gravity and longer wheelbase. It wouldn't make for a better driving experience, since 99 % of GLB buyers want the advantage of a bigger car, and that's why didn't buy an A class. Mercedes would still need to spend money and time developing the car and they would likely sell so few cars that they couldn't recuperate those costs. People who want more performance can just buy an A35 (which is already faster in every way than a GLB35, or just buy the A45 if they need maximum performance. If you have to have a faster GLB, you can still tune it to about 400 hp.
@@BeBarnee i had the GLB35 and I would have needed definitely a stronger engine. So i switched to a GLE580 this year.😂 The sound of the GLB35 is also sad compared to the A35🙈
Everyone debating a bigger power plant into the 35 to make it a 45 still don't understand, that even a limited production run of a GLB AMG45 fits a certain class of people... I would HANDS down buy one because I am THAT certain class of person
A Mercedes GLB45 AMG would be perfect!
Perfect for me. I can't wait to get my copy

Gls not g class fool
Need the 45s engine.😢
Not really, they wouldnt sell many of them. GLB is mostly used as a family car, not a hot hatch for yobos
@@BeBarnee but I can’t see the problem? The 45s would fit easily it’s a „a-class“ based car. The GLA 45s is nearly the same car🤷♂️
