2013 Volvo VNL voltage problem. Volts drop unexpectedly and I can’t figure out why.

My 2013 Volvo VNL has a bad voltage drop. Alternator is good and I have 4 brand new batteries install. No extra lights or any other after marker accessory other then a CB. If anyone have had this problem, please leave a comment on the fix. Check out my shorts to see the voltage drops. Thanks in advance.
