Home style daal:
0.5 kg daal
1.5 pow ghee
10-12 round red mirch
4 tomatoes
1 tbsp zeera
Salt to taste
Boil daal 95%, add ghee in a wok, add red Mirch, add chopped tomatoes, add zeera and let the tomatoes cook. Add daal then add salt, add little water and let the daal cook on low flame.
Garnish with adrak
