I lived on Hayworth in Faircrest Heights for over 5 years in a charming Spanish bungalow and it was one of my favorite neighborhoods. That was back when I was running marathons so my dog Mason and I ran every street in the neighborhood almost every day. Lots of fond memories in that wonderful area!
Great topic and video!!
Great info... I had never even heard of Glassal Park or Faircrest Heights. Awesome video!

@@LivingInLAwithANJ totally agree! I felt like I could be anywhere in 15 minutes.
Leimert Park and Culver City are my top two neighborhoods to look for housing. Thank you for the video!
So glad you enjoyed it!
Learned a lot. Thank you!
I love Culver city and also Playa del rey but I would say they are both quite expensive neighborhoods which I cannot afford !
Where do you live now?
How about Pasadena?
Pasadena is a wonderful place! But already pretty well established, nice lots and lots of greenery.
@@LivingInLAwithANJ One of the reasons I like it.
Glassel Park $670k? Impossible.
Leimert Park is not under $700k lol
It was when I made the video! Ha ha.
Show more of the actual areas instead of yourself talking.
Thanks for watching and the feedback!
