Strange decision to close La Deux, not La Trois.

Actually the decision was to unify Pure and La Deux with one unique brand, named Tipik.

@@ThibaultLapers Create new broadcasting brand for young audience is good, but current lineup is unlogic: La Une (1), Tipik (2) ang La Trois (3). Creation of new channel break current lineup by number. Easier transferred programs from La Trois to La Deux and rebranded this channel as cultural. In its turn La Trois is shut down and relaunched as Tipik. That's option is more logical. If I was "manager" of RTBF, made so.

Don't know why they choose la deux over la trois?

Actually, La Deux was more a channel for younger audience and is still looking for that with its rebranding. La Trois is more a cultural channel and wouldn't fit at all with the ex Pure, but with La 1ère or Musiq'3 as they broadcast "CQFD" of La 1ère and also sometimes a classical concert (the kind of Musiq'3 programs)

RTFB La 2 heeft toch zijn naam veranderdt in RTFB Tipik, Ze zijn alleen moderniseerd, toch?

Er is een beter design (met ook gemoderniseerd idents voor La Une), maar uitzendingen blijven zo ongeveer dezelfde... (met nieuwe programma ook).
