The Honda SP160 is available in two variants: Single Disc and Double Disc. The Single Disc variant costs Rs 1,17,500 and the Double Disc variant costs Rs 1,21,900 (all prices ex-showroom Delhi).
The SP160 is powered by a 162.71cc, single-cylinder engine producing 13.4PS and 14.58Nm. The engine is counterbalanced and complies with BS6.2 emission norms. Transmission duties are handled by a five-speed gearbox.
The suspension setup consists of a telescopic fork and a monoshock. The Honda SP160 gets a 276mm front and 220mm rear petal disc brake setup for the Dual Disc variant and a 130mm rear drum brake for the Single Disc variant with single-channel ABS. It has a seat height of 796mm, a ground clearance of 177mm and a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres. The kerb weight is 139kg and 141kg for the Single Disc and Dual Disc variants respectively.
The Honda SP160 rivals the Bajaj Pulsar P150, Yamaha FZ-S FI V4 and the TVS Apache RTR 160.
