Great start. Those were some pretty ballsy divebombs into the corners to the outside of cars in front. You made some great moves and had good car control.
Great to see you do your thing in person. First stint was incredible. All your stints that I saw were great. I slept through your deep night stint, so you coulda driven crap in that. I dunno. Great driving as always.
Incredible watching this from the stands, was cheering you through the pack you did an amazing job! Shame you weren't in for the finish, thought a podium could of been on the cards for you but great team result either way.😊
The more I simrace the higher level of awe I have in the real drivers...they do things I rarely do successfully without colliding with another car...thats why they are a small group of elite athletes and the rest of us are dream chasers...
I still barely understand how they are so aware about what's going on around and surely know when they can or not to drive to the limit of the track in every corner and not pushing anyone off
@@Sky_Ellie Thats the talent...in sim racing you can do what they do a percentage of the time...but this guy is off the charts talent...there is a certain rhythm and flow to sim racing and I don't know if that is the same in the real world, but I was in awe at the things he does...especially first time going into turn 1 with cold tires, shifting up to 5th gear and getting down to 2nd without either hitting the car in front or sliding...amazing...and thats just the start...look at how deep into turn 1 he goes at start of lap 2 before downshifting...I can't do that without sliding all over the place in a G - A - M- E..
@@simracing-aiIt looks like every thing is totally under control. To be fair they feel the car and the space around better than we do in sims. But the difference in our possibilities are still way too big :D
In the car it’s more surreal, life or death. But 100%, I find myself thinking the same thing. I feel like the desire to win = ballsy moves I might not ever get to race with people in real life, but I’ll definitely be going for prs on local tracks, even in a shit box if need be.
Thanks for sharing Mike! What a ride!
Thanks Mike ! Hope y'all have a great year !
Great stuff!
Mike, thanks for sharing! Braking accuracy demo there.
Great Race, your opening run in the car was amazing to watch, Great race from the whole team
Love it! Didn't get to see the 24 hrs but was there filming the Pilot Challenge so at least got to see your car in the practice session.
Great run man appreciate you sharing , going to have to update that vbox scene in that merc file for 2024
It has been updated. What am I missing?

Congrats on the 5th place for GTD. That's a solid result. Hope you have a great season.
Hell of a job to get from the back to the front. We were pulling hard for you up in the seats. Good luck this year!
Nice moves!
Amazing drive

Is it possible to see more in car footage of Rolex? It would really be fascinating to watch your braking points, corner entry/exit and shift points!
Great race and wow…180mph! Good luck this season.

What a fun watch, enjoyed every second! What's the stutter sound 1:38 and 4:49? I think 6th gear both times.
That’s the skids on the floor hitting the ground.
