Very good explanation, though you talked about the financial numbers, you explained it in easily understandable way (Particularly the comparison of debt and reserves). Keep up the good analysis going…..
Suggestions: You can't judge everything on P/E or book value. You also need some growth stocks in your portfolio(which can't be judged on only technicals). And you didn't cover how good the management is.
But Varun’s investing activity is increasing as well. Might be they are borrowing and doing more investing for expansion. For ex: dec 2023 their investing activity is 3288 Crores. How to interpret this in link to their increasing leverage trend?
You are underestimating the user base by saying people don’t know vbl. Though a fan of value investing but I don’t believe that holding only value based stocks will take my portfolio to a higher level. Just because a company is under valued it doesn’t mean there is no downside in it. Classic example is Tata motors corrected 40% from peak though it was not over valued at that levels too.

Cola business cannot grow any further unless they start selling milk in india.
Shahswad must appear more.
Shashwath - Anand Combo better than Vinoth - Anand.
Vinoth - Dhana is good and they are making a good pair in all levels.
For now am not consodering Varun Beverages. Over valued and I missed the bus.
