For hotshot? Both are bad you want to go weapon handling and headshot. Chc in general tho is always more valuable than chd because you need decent chc to even use your chd

For a hotshot build, I am not sure if I should go for CHC or CHD. I have heard that CHD is the way to go but you advocate for CHC.

You put on a modifier that halves your mag capacity
