No dear, it's not really like that... this was just a starting. In MNCs, after 5-6 years, they are really highly paid.... Actually, as per my opinion, we are bias with IT.When we are comparing, we are comparing salary of few of the Highly paid IT candidates with low paid other Engineering candidates. In both sectors, there are highly paid candidates as well as low paid candidates. I think, it's Mindset.
