Just a tip, I am highly interested in this but the dark blue text on the black background, especially with the worn vhs effect is a barrier, I would recommend choosing a color that contrasts more strongly with the background to improve readability Also, another thing I would do is consider timing a portion of your tool set because leaving things lingering on shots just a bit too long adds a sense of uncanniness and tension but needs to be balanced so as to not annoy your audience but for very important tension building can be extended out longer cuz the audience will forgive sometimes going past what would be acceptable
Just an advice: Analog horror is supposed to be about the 1900s and from its tech. So I would recommend to make everything black and white and since your first episode is colorful, you could do the classic "this is 1900s footage was found certain year in the future. We the certain people tried decoding it, colonizing it to make sense of it" stuff. Oh and there's no jump scares in Analog Horror, that's basically the whole shtick of it. You have to make people scared by the images or footages themselves or the story as it goes on but no jump scares and no music otherwise it'll come under the digital horror category. You'll have to get creative with the jump scares if you want to have any like add footage distortion sound effects, vcr glitches, etc. I also did mistakes in my own analog horror series in the start. But I learned as I went on. Yes it's on another channel and not this one. Oh and don't make the typical distorted faces monster stuff. It's way too predictable and the first thing that comes to mind when thinking of any analog horror. So give us something different, something along the feelings of "that is not my Optimus Prime 😢" "this is what he looks like... What happened to him... There is no hope 😔", you get the point, right? Also, no text flashing on the screen. Because it just feels like it was edited later on rather than a genuine corrupted footage. There's a VCR font available for free, you can download it and use that. In my first few uploads of the Spider-Man analog horror, I got bashed by the analog horror community even though to my knowledge at the time I tried to stay truthful to analog horror medium and 1900s and tried making my own stuff for a change. Just don't want you to go through the same stuff. I know what you're trying to do but we're talking about analog horror community over here. So can't do much about that. So even if you're trying to make this as "recorded by a cybertronian", make sure it's a found footage by earthlings. And don't give away spoilers in the thumbnails. Save the good stuff for the video. Hope this helps and you've just earned a subscription.
What if it took from the perspective of the panic cybertronian when the decepticon faction was formed and the war began? Showing the hopelessness and defenselessness of the autobots
1:13 - 1:14 the cybertronian language looks like ancient cybertronian language and it translates to "htdak ot yecrrntob" i think it can be decoded to something
In the first Word isnt K the correct letter is E and the first two Words are (according to my translation)”hated to” the last Word i don’t know, the form that i discovered the Words Is rearranging the letters
I personally would have done a horror story about the discovery of dark energon, and the negative effects it has on different forms of cybertronian life.
If anyone is wondering, the Japanese text at 0:49 translates to villain according to google translate.

I found out that the last word was Cybertron.
I slowed down tge footage and saw cybertroin writing
I personally would have done a horror story about the discovery of dark energon, and the negative effects it has on different forms of cybertronian life.
He must have cracked like an Easter egg I knew it
it looks to be wheeljack or nemis prime
the audio at the end is a train chugging and whistling... why?
1:14 what does thay say? Is that cybertronian or something?
It is cybertronian
It said: Hell is inside. They are coming. Those alternatives were something I wouldn't expect..
My only criticism is you could have used a brighter font color. This color is notoriously hard to read
My god. Not the Autobots!
