Fun fact! There's a Doom Soundtrack mod for DRG. It needs to be updated with the current Halloween patch, but it was really fun to hear Doom Eternal OST whenever a wave started.
Heyo, Greybeard with a couple 1000 hrs here. Here are a few tips: - Don't take any of the cooling upgrades for the gun, it will leave the sweet zone too early and you'll be 'wasting' ammo trying to build up the heat track. - Getting the mod that puts the heat meter on your reticle can be really useful if you don't want to swap your view on the screen between the weapon's gauge and the enemies you're targeting. I'm really fortunate to have afforded a larger monitor so I find it can be quite useful to avoid losing focus on my target with this mod. - Learn to 'edge' the heat meter, by ramping up with sustained fire in the beginning, and then short bursts on target to keep the meter in the red. This way, you'll keep applying maximum fire stacks to your enemies. Fire is the most consistent weakness amongst High Value Targets, (HVT), which is one of the priorities for the Scout class. If you REALLY want to get into the meta of Scout, there's a 30-minute walkthrough by Spurrrg called How to Master Scout. It's up to date, and I would agree with most of the points that they make. Happy mining, and Rock and Stone!!!
Hey, a sort of greybeard here. I run a pretty fun build but it's not for everyone. It's 11312, you can overheat pretty quickly but it's pretty manageable once you get used to it. You can proc fire really quickly for swarms or HVT and if you overheat you run circles so rarely get hit. Again not for everyone but I love the dopamine of speeding through hordes
Drg on hazard 6x2 and more turns into doom

The guns switching reminds me of doom
What do you think of TEF and what advice would you give to a greenbear about the gun?
