Outdated PvP Meta mecha, due to newcomers. But still a good mecha to be used on PvE and bosses as well if you want that. Again, it's up to the person who need it.
Would have been great if it was an entire revamp. design and all... becoming something new... oh whelp... feels like another Hella retrofit. Cute but weak. Imo, a retrofit should be like DS becoming DS RxR. With a stealh cloak added. Sadly it was an era where retrofit really meant something.
