@@angeljwiiangela7561 Its not a point of view .People who cook similar things regularly do improve as they go along.You will agree that our elders do cook better than younger people just as young people do innovate more .Many Mauritians with little idea of cooking after having completed culinary courses at some college in Mauritius have surprised me with what they have accomplished.I was working with a Rasta here in U.K. and she cooked one of the best dal puri that I’ve eaten so far. In India there are over 700 millions vegetarians andwhen it comes to cookingvegetable dishes as part of their daily life its way beyond what you can imagine.Vegetarians in India are Hindus,Muslims,Christians,Jains Sikhs and they all excel at turning out very tasty vegetable dishes.Perhaps you need to travel abroad and may also be surprised that Mauritius is not all that fantastic
