Zuhair Murad had a tough year in 2020 when the building his fashion line is based in Beirut was completely destroyed due to the Beirut port explosion, yet that didn’t stop him from creating masterpieces the year after! Such an inspiration to anyone (and me personally), and would love to watch a documentary or am interview about how he was able to continue after what he’s gone through!

Zuhair Murad is todays Best designer, he makes women beautiful. nothing crazy or weird, just sheer genius. I think he is as good as Coco Chanel. everything made by Zuhair is spectacular.
Nothing close to coco chanel, but he is indeed better than chanel and dior of today.

Finally, someone mentioned this. The models were all struggling to make it through without tripping, not sure if it's the shoes or the pavement.
I came to comment section to confirm if I was the only one who felt this.
some was also because some dresses were way too tight on the thigh and knee area... it's impossible to walk like that
Exactly! I saw 2 girls struggling. Then saw another one and another one. Figured out it must be the shoes. They either have no padding inside, orö more than 6 inches! Shame because I noticed that more than the clothes.
I was holding my breadth the entire while they are walking I'm scared that they might fall
Worthy of Oscar, Golden Globe, and Grammy not too many designers can achieve that in one collection.

He is a true artist. He never dissapoints. He continued to work through the most dreadful circumstances and still managed to design the most exquisite pieces.

These dresses are night dresses and of course they are not the most comfortable clothes. I would give these models shoes with better support. They would have carried the dresses better and with more confidece. Now seems like they are just trying not to fall.
One day soon it's gonna be my models and designs walking on the show

I have been drawing since I was three, and now I am good at it, not a pro though....

Zuhair Muhrad once again didn't dissapoint me, he's collection is so stunning this is one of the best collection for this year. srsly he is the best designer! i feel like most of the clothes that he showed are wearable like we can wear them whenever we want.
Beautiful gowns, two-piece outfits, it's definitely for the winter even though it looks light, it's not bulky. The color palette is great too black, white, silver, peach and gold. It has a modern 1920s/1930s element to it.
And that tasty green! Beautiful
Zuhair is my absolute favorite designer. I love his use of colors and fabrics. His designs stand way above the rest 👏

I think they have weak ankles either from walking that special way or from rolling their ankles in high shoes that don't fit well or the floor is slippery or they are just very high and very hard to walk in.

@@dannac_8888 that makes total sense and, yes, every single one looks like a princess. I remember seeing behind the scenes for one show and a model’s feet were bright red from walking in the ill-fitting shoes. Beauty is pain 😅🌸

I love the setting. You can see how the clothes look and drape up close instead of being in poor lighting or up on a stage.
He didn't just set out to make beautiful clothes. He said, "I'm creating goddesses today."

She was OK. Is just a heavy dress hard to wear and shoes did not help. Amazingly done!
She also apparently had another look, a wine red dress which she wore right before the bride walked and literally she was hobbling on her heels since they had come off. They’ve cut it off from this edited video …
During the livestream of this show, she almost fell infront of the cameras in the gold dress and her turn in the red dress was cut out completely. She also doesn't appear during the finale at the end.

Loved the collection but the Models were way too (un-naturally) thin; I just felt sorry for the models as I watched. I really hope the industry I so love would one day change.

Some looks could have benefited from editing out the bows. Not all, but some.
Huge beauty pageant vibe in many looks. Some looks hit the mark, others didn’t quite achieve.
Haute Couture is more than beads and shiny luxe materials. Or big huge voluminous skirts.
It depends greatly on experimental ideas that challenge our perception of design and wearability.
All I can say is Zuhair knows his customer.

I have always the impression that to be innovative and creative in fashion you have to make weird and so unwearable outfits. I think that most designers have drifted away from their maim target which is making wearable pieces of clothing that any of us can wear. There are critics who applaud innovation and the rest of us who just need a beautiful outfit to wear. A strange story

I normally look forward to Zuhair and DID like a couple dresses.. but this collection isn't giving me the BUSINESS,
as Zuhair does.. and frankly, some of these Models didn't help the sitch, either.

Why this designer isn’t all over Hollywood I have no idea! If I was a famous actress I’d be running to him! Never disappoints.
I do sense a slight 80’s vibe in this collection with the leg of mutton sleeves and gold puffed lame fabric. Also the multicoloured beading on black, and let’s not forget the oversized bows!

a beautiful collection, I loved most of them... his works are very detailed... I've always loved his fluid dresses..... I wish I was a designer or at least a model but I'm too short....
The clothes are beautiful and the embellishments well crafted -- reflective of the thoughtful, meticulous, and creative process that went into the planning and execution of the ensemble.
However, some of the models are stiff and awkward: they looked as if they are forced labor. Or is it because it is Fall?
