Knocking out dents applying filler rubbing it back again & again can be a ball ache but there is great satisfaction when you get it right! I think i mentioned before the reason for the weld on the A panel but it should have been welded in stages to avoid the heat warping. This is the joy lol of having a Mini that someone else has started you inherit there repairs, Love to see the wheel video. Cheers Dave
Thanks for your comment, I still love every second working on this build, like you say it can be frustrating but worth it in the end! Glad to hear you like the wheels. 👍
I like yourself always thought they were cooper s wheels until recently. I think I read somewhere that the reverse rims were made for drum brake minis so they still fit under a standard arch as they poke out a bit with 7.5 discs. (I tried)
That's a really good shout. I just love the dish and hopefully I can run arch less with a 165 tyre, if not a 145 tyre with a little stretch and more negative camber may get the look I'm after. Thanks for the Comment and your support means a lot 👍
@@stusoldcars4248 well thanks for the heads up, I'm not putting drums on the front for sure! I hate to say this but I'll have to cross that bridge when I get there 😂 👍
Good video mate, looking forward to seeing the final product! Thankyou for the shoutout! 👍🏻

2 votes to 0, wheel video coming up 👍 Thanks for the Comment and I hope you enjoyed the video.
You seem to have the patience for bodywork, I'd much rather build an engine or gearbox! Tell us more about the wheels in the wheel video! Cheers!
Will do, thanks for your comment. It will be worth it in the end I'm hoping! 👍

@@adsminibuild5791 mine were 165 but no camber so you might get away with 145. I used minilights in the end but eventually fitted arches anyway. Lol👍
