honestly, dying in hardcore sucks. i died one time in hardcore and i had a dog i got on day one and after i died i genuinely sobbed. you get so attached to the world and it hurts to loose it

Having recently started watching CaseOh, I gotta say; although his over-the-top pop-offs and reactions are hilarious, I was really impressed with how he handled himself at the beginning of the stream. Dude seemed genuinely very upset about the hardcore death and he managed to keep his emotions and the stream under control even with chat members continuing to rile him up. Given it was a while before he started reacting to videos, I imagine this was not easy, and I want to give kudos where it's due - no jokes here. I'm glad watching other TH-camrs' hardcore deaths helped Case to process his own - it made me really happy to hear his tone pick up throughout the videos; especially once Pewdiepie appeared and Case realized that death is a universal part of the hardcore experience. If Case makes another attempt at hardcore mode, I wish him the best of luck - may he get to the End and finally slay that dragon! 🙏
