    Thinking of strategy as "a plan" is simply a way for us to run away from uncertainty. It's much easier to control things in your company then actually going out to the market and figuring out how things work. So building a strategy takes us to the field we have never explored in the past.
    If you want your company to be efficient, you'd like to explore the following definitions of plan vs. strategy:
    - A plan is the way you manage your resources (such as people, time, etc.), so it is what you do with what the company has over some period of time.
    - Strategy is the answer for why you'll win on the market, why your business will succeed. This is not a plan, because it's a shared understanding of why you make one choice over another.

      Progressive organizations don't use slides anymore. It's a story telling presentation style.
