Very nice house… I love the houses there and the prices for rent even more lol which is why I’m moving there at the first of the year… I’m a new subscriber to your channel😊✨ I will be documenting my entire journey there on my channel as well 🤗✨
pause the video at 5:55, and look at the view outside. that is just some of the truth that YTers vault right over when they glamorize living in foreign countries. the inside of the house looks 'good', but what about the surrounding area? the terrain? the weather? the walkability?
Politely I say this, they see Americans coming! Yes, this is affordable for those of us in the West but this is actually ridiculously expensive for the country!!! If you think it’s “cheap” vs USA it should be but please keep that to yourselves because all you’re going to do is go there and drive up the prices just like has already happened in Western society. Asante sana.
Yes, that's what a lot of countries think of the US. Why can't we sat it's cheap when it is especially splitting up amongst several people? Are you saying we also can't say the food is cheap? Because it definitely is compared to the US. The government shouldn't drive up the prices to get more money because they know the foreigners will pay because it's still cheaper. We come to visit, explore and share like we should. So many people don't know the beauty in the world, especially in Africa
20 to 30 people hard me rolling 😂😂😂. I’m Kenyan born and bred and at this rate I’m also considering moving to Tanzania. What with the beautiful houses, beaches at friendly costs.
People saying it’s cheap are saying that because they’re in America and have a job. When most people leave to live in Africa most won’t have a job anymore. Just living off of savings or retirement money. So yes that price is expensive. Anyway I have several friends in the country who have 6 or more bedrooms homes and they pay under $1000 a month. It’s best to go to the country and then negotiate your rent. You will get a better deal.
LOVELY HOME I NOTICE IN WATCHING A LOT OF AFRICAN MOVIES THEY DON'T BUILD THOSE HOME WITH CLOSET SPACE IN EACH ROOM I WLD. LOVE TO KNOW WHY LOTS OF BEDROOMS WITHOUT A CLOSET BEAUIFUL
Make your enough money in America then come in any of African countries which might be safe for you, buy yourself a beautiful home start business too, you can have 2 citizenships.
The balconies are there so that you could look down on the poor natives and thank Gos you are not living in the slums like them!!😅 who builds such a good house in such a poor neighborhood????😂 Edit: I am Tanzanian and I live in Dar Es Salaam
I have reason to believe Tanzania is the #1 choice for African Americans, gotta love my country even more 🇹🇿🇹🇿🇹🇿🇹🇿 welcome home
It seems like the choice of Black Americans
Exactly Soo lovely we love them too🥰🥰🥰
It's good that you show them the good side of Africa
Absolutely. I'm tired of all the negativity that surrounds the country so I came to see it for myself.

Yes this is the first beautiful house I’ve seen since watching videos about houses in Tanzania…but why 2 to 3k … either 2k or 3k why two prices ….
It's open for negotiations

Honestly I would say our closets in the states are too big. I got rid of 4 contractor bags full of clothes and still have too many SMH 🤦🏽♀️
Yes, this is Tanzania # Africa that they don't show you on TV. What they show you is Hunger, desert, War and people looking for help
just proves how the goverment in africa is fucked up
What a beautiful house! I would love to know the name and contact details of the contractor they used
