Great quality of film and you just allow it to flow. It gives the viewer a great insight into the scenery and the roads. Nice one buddy please keep these coming.
Hi ..stunning vid just back from picos....have been to alps but much prefer this northern Spain places people prices n food.....used the word... WOW ...a lot..👍 when somthing around every corner ..to see...ps don't need mega bikes do you 😊cheers from dave...
Hi Carlos The road is the CA-1 between Sotres and Jito de Escarandi on google maps heading towards Sotres. It is right on the Asturias / Cantabria border.
Hi. Thanks for posting. I'm leading a group of 9 riders and bikes in September and have been building a list of must do roads. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Hi Stephen, you probably have more idea than i did given your research. My experience was in the gorges and steep sided cuttings there was rock fall debri round any and all blind corners - can be amazing roads and get you to amazing vistas. Out of the mountains and in the hills and on the plains the roads were more sweeping and not so many surprises, lovely flowing riding. So i guess a mix of the two biased towards your groups preferences. Don't rule out taking a random turn off if it looks interesting and time allows. Have a great trip.
Hey man, than's for the answer. Sadly, that's not the one I'm looking for. I've been reviewing all the routes through and around the Picos de Europa and I can't seem to find one that I had seen yesterday, a freaking glorious piece of road. Rock cliffs going up on one side, the road cut through stone (short tunnels), it was narrow and on the other side you just had air, the mountain has a big slope on the other side. Basically riding road that was carved on the stone, ring any bells? Also, from where to where did you take the road you linked, did you have to double back the same way?
I rode for 3 days through Picos de Europa. IT WAS AMAZING! Your video is one of the reasons I went there. I just don't get why it isn't the go to place in Spain.
@@stuartpowell1177 Hi Stuart, great ride!! I tried to download the map but it`s blank, i there a way that you can send me the route that you did? looks fantastic!
