- Because of our previous podcast, many have asked us to talk more about BINI, especially those who didn't know that we have been involved with them since the auditions era. So we'll try to share some anecdotes and our experience working with them and the Star Hunt Academy team. Hope you all enjoy this episode!

It was a really good idea for Direk Lauren to consult you on forming Bini kasi now, makikita mo talaga na pwede silang i-level sa ibang groups from Asian countries. I love that you can't see in this group na parang pilit yung mga works nila from their songs, choreos, and wardrobe. They have truly found their own color na unique just for Bini. I'm still not that familiar with the group (aside from their hit songs and that coke song na laging ad sa youtube) but I wish them more success on their respective careers.

I knew from start that abs had been collaborating with some people who mastered producing hardcore artists that's why when I saw BINI just few weeks ago, I am really curious who are the people behind every masterpiece that they make. BINI-colet is my bias and congrats for helping making a ppop girl group which is BINI♥️🙏.
Pantropiko is really a pillar for Bini and I hope blooms will continue to dumami pa. Personally gusto ko yung Golden arrow and Karera. Sana Bini will continue to flourish and explore their sound, i think blooms will continue to support Bini's music in their musically journey.

Never mong mafi feel sa girls na lumaki ang ulo, yumabang. Until now same yung pagmamahal nila sa blooms. Di parin nga sila naniniwala na marami na silang blooms. Lagi nalang akong pinapaiyak ng Bini. They don't even know I exist, pero they saved me. Mula sa bini core talaga na napaka genuine ng pagsasamahan nila. Madali silang mahalin cause they loved each other first. Sobrang bonus nung vocals and visuals. Napaka talented. Bini will be known globally talaga. Deserved!!! Praying na they will always be healthy sa dami ng nakakasama and ganap nila. Wala na maayos na pahinga pero when they perform, dimo mararamdaman yun. Ang gaganda padin, ang gagaling at consistent ang energy. Lagi sila may pasabog. Di sila nakakasawa. Kasama nyo ako walang dulo. Thank you our best girls. 🌸

gwen is my bias i just love how she transform from an introvert very reserved person to a total performer nag iibang tao sya sa stage, inaakit nya manunuod nya ang i love its so much! Grabe ang charisma ng batang yun kahit nung casual palang ako sya na napapansin ko.

We love you Direk Kring for being a part of success of BINI and PPop idol industry. We also like that you don't own and brag the success of BINI despite being a HUGE part of it as early during its conceptualization as you talked about. You let the group fly and continuously being proud to them. You don't gatekeep them to only produce content with your production company.

BINI reminds me so much of SNSD. That's why i start to be a fan. Yung mga pinag daanan ng BINI really inspire other youths. They deserve all the recognition that they have right now.

Hi Ms.@@KringKim my hubby is a BIG BIG fan of #SNSD (andami nya pong nagastos sa GG XD) and kayo rin po ang naghost ng fan meet na napuntahan nya where he played a game with Park Shin Hye sa Cham Cham Cham way back 2012 (?) :) now i'm fangirling with #BINI coz i stan #OPM (any genre) and iba po sa pakiramdam ang may pinagmamalaking #PPop group, na sinasayaw na rin namin ng anak ko :D My personal faves are Golden Arrow, Lagi, Salamin Salamin, & Colet's "8" na pwedeng pang finale sa concert nila

I agree, SNSD also waited for 2 years until they became the Nation's GG in korea. It's really BINI's time, they really deserve all the recognitions they are receiving right now. I'm glad that Miss Kring was part of their rookie era. Da Coconut MV was really cute, the members were still babies.😊

Coping mechanism ko na mag hanap ng nakakatawang video sa YT pag malungkot ako then I stumbled upon funny videos of BINI. Nahatak ako ni Maloi. Then, favorite song ko is Karera kasi bukod sa napaka meaningful nung song, ang ganda cinematography nya, ng kwento. Ang ganda din ng dance steps nito.
Nung Da Coconut talaga nila, alam ko na kayo yung nag produce nun. Since, I always checking sino yung team behind ng mv. 🖤
Salamat Bini lalo na sa mga lahat ng tumulong sa kanila! Dasurv nila mga magandang ngyayari sa kanila. Praying for their good health and for them always remember kung san/paano sila nagsimula. 😊❤❤❤
Bitin! parang madami pa po kayong mapagkwentuhan about sa BINI. 😊 Hindi ako mahilig sa ppop idol. well naririnig ko na ang mga songs ng sb19 pero i am not fan until one day narinig ko nga ang kantang pantropiko, na curious ako. Pinakinggan ko hindi ko namamalayan na pati ibang songs ng BINI, pinapakinggan ko na rin. Araw-araw walang palya. When I first saw BINI in their pre debut song, I instantly love Maloi so she has been my bias until now. Aiah is my 2nd bias but I love every member.❤
BINI is similar to SNSD (in my opinion). In fact, both of them are called the Nation's girl group. BINI is truly an OT8 group, excelling in vocals, dance, visuals, humor, and personality-BINI has it all, no doubt about it. 💯💯💯

I observe Colet is the most serious one in pursuing to become a Ppop idol. Dun pa lang nung time na nagkasakit sya during training. Tumatak talaga sakin yung sinabi nya na hindi sya susuko hanggat hindi nya maabot yung dreams nya na maging Ppop Idol. Kaya ayun, bumalik sya. Mas naging stronger pa nga. 🔥💪❤️❤️❤️

@@KringKim She is Boholana and i think she went to a school in Bohol which there are special sections which they major in arts (singing, dancing, writing, visual arts, etc), i think also one of her motivation was she had experienced poverty, also I've known her older sister back then and she also had a great voice
I love all the girls but captivated by Colet's talents, personality and beauty. Bini's ACE pero all of them are magagaling talaga and inspiring. Proud of you walo lalo na nung napanood ko pinagdaanan nila. Buti hindi sila sumuko kahit inabot ng ilang taon pero thinking about it ok na din na pinagdaanan nila lahat ng yun dahil naging humble sila dahil sa mga pinagdaanan nla.

What I like Bini din kasi nakakahappy yong songs nila just like what I feel about nung narining ko dati ang Twice kaya nga din marami nagsasabi na para silang Twice sa PIlipinas dahil magaling sila pareho sa cute concept. Tsaka same with Twice din, marunong din sila bumagay kahit mga mature concepts. Sa laki ng impact nila sa Pinas, deserve talaga sila na maging Nation's Girl Group natin 😊

Launching Pantropiko in November is weird since it's a summer song in Christmas season, Filipinos loved Christmas season. I guess that will all the sh!ts happening to the country, the song brightens the mood that it went viral. It's like this is what we need a happy song and those inspiring kids. For me Pantropiko, is telling i love this country i want to hold on to it as much as I can even will all the sh!ts going on... like an LSS in your head. It took 1 song to change their fate... good thing they were mentally and physically prepared for it. It's no joke those kids sacrifice a lot even their youth. Commend Direk Dyogi, ABS, coaches, mentor, and BINI for not giving up. No doubt these kids will make it to the world stage they got the talent, visuals, personality and right attitude. They will make different identity for Ppop, that is somehow different to Kpop.

From the first time I saw Bini I had a prediction they will go big bec they have the Xfactor talent, beauty appeal, charisma, magnetic smile so I'm so happy for them, I always watched the foreign rectors/vloggers Abt Bini so I can see to it that they can go international, I believe on them, I used to be in the entertainment business too, I love Karera, my bias is Gwen.❤❤❤❤thank you

Thank you for sharing this story. I love them all but my bias is Aiah. She is such an inspiration balancing her studies and work. I've seen them since their star hunt days and like other Blooms, I am so proud of what the've become and excited of what's in store for them.

I stumbled upon BINI recently via a Chinese music show. I agree that they are capable of penetrating the asian market. But, for the western market, it would be difficult, but as they say, "bilog ang mundo." You wouldn't know what's going to happen. In my opinion, these are the things that they should have if they want to penetrate the western market. Talent + Image + Identity. It's a big add-on if they know how to write their own songs (They already have this. They just need to continue improving). Next would be the support they get from their management, coaches, and people like you (Good job!). Last would be the fandom (The major key to success). In reality, the reason why the producers in the West weren't able to stop BTS and Blackpink to enter their market is because their fandom is already too big to handle. What's good about BINI is that they are young and talented. Moreover, their fandom is growing. They just need to take care of them. Sadly, we have great singers, rappers, and OPM bands in the country, but penetrating to the western market would be close to impossible due to this reason. P-POP has a better chance because of the branding and fandom. In the end, I just hope that OPM in general would still make it. We just need to continue to dream, strive hard, and manifest that it would happen someday. May it be a band, a single act, or a P-POP. Stop the crab mentality and just support our talents. Lastly, before I forgot my biases in BINI are Mikha, Aiah and Colet.
Just recently discovered Bini now I 'm hook and can't stop listening to their songs.my bias are "Strings,Hmtu and pantropiko."
ever since I’m a silent supporter of Bini. From there Coconut to Salamin salamin I’ve listened to their music. I so happy and proud that the whole Philippines is now patronizing them. They broke so many records to music platforms and they will continue to soar higher.

A month ago i watched one dream as a late bloomer. Nakita ko lahat hirap nila from the scratch. And nagulat tlaga ako na nandun po kayo to trained BINI and BGYO. Even nung coconut era nila na kayo yung nag shoot. I watched you Ms. Kring since pandemic pa.

Mikha bias here. Karera po ang fave song ko. Ang humatak po talaga sa kin para istan sila ay ang humor at beautiful personalities nila. I was never this invested sa isang group. Pop music is not even my cup of tea. Pero ito na nga, hawak ako sa leeg ng BINI.
Before their stardom and hit songs I already became their fan because of their songs cover that they perform in ASAP stages like ‘Magdamag’,Kahit Na’ and etc.Cover pa lang yun ah grabe na maka-LSS ang effect sakin kasi kahit sa paghuhugas , how bout if they will have their own songs that will be a hit pa na which is nangyari na nga kaya im so proud of them.

I am a casual listener of Bini, and I appreciated their music more when they started releasing songs in Filipino. I'm happy for them.
Wow thank you for helping to create Bini. I remember the first time I stumble upon Pantropiko here in TH-cam I got curious and then I saw Darren Espanto’s pantropiko shorts and I remembered the fun upbeat Pantropiko and that’s when I got hooked. I’m a big fan now. I love all the songs pero sakin #1 Karera #2 Lagi and the rest of the songs. Lahat maganda. And bias ko po is Aiah 😊 and my Wifey nman ang bias nia si Gwen 😊 we’re going to watch them at Asap in California sa Toyota Arena on Aug 3rd. Sila lang ang pakay nmin dun 😂😂😂 we can’t wait. Sa susunod dapat first major concert na nila dito sa US aabangan nmin 👏🙌 ty po sa lahat ng bumuo ng Bini. Ang galing nila grabe

Aiah was the one who caught my attention because of her eloquence, but I stumbled upon one of her clips on YT where she said, in essence, that she would prefer that fans would love all of them and not just one…So, I don’t have a bias. I like most of their songs but my favorite is Gandang Vitakeratin 😂. I like Karera especially the dance break part and HTMU too…
