for the snap it's to boost your success chance when upgrading a card to b->a->s->r->xr->ur example you normally get 20% but then with the snap boost it increases your chances even more to upgrade the card hope that made sense !
as for the choreo your good combos increase per level example level 1 means 1x good level 22 means 22x good :)

Idk if the snap it's what you say. I mean it says it increases the Acquired points and the skills only apply on Stage mode so it can't be something with upgrading the cards. Personally,I think it gives extra Score when playing Stage.
