I have alot of great memories of Sawyer Point....The skating rink being one of them and the serpentine wall. Lived in the Cinci metro for 8.5 years back in the mid 80s to early 90s...Great to see Cinci getting on the Pickleball craze sweeping the country.
How long will this project take to get done meaning from property purchase to open?? What kind of "red tape" was there in front of you.? Here in San Diego it's probably 3-5 years IF you could find land, and we're talking Outdoors here...
