My cat Bear is listening to these healing frequencies along with me. Bear has been ill for awhile and maybe just because 12-years-old is sortof old for a cat but I pray for him to start gaining weight. He keeps losing weight no matter how much he eats. I want his body to learn how to reverse the weight loss and become like he was a year ago. He is one of those special sweet spirits.
The only proof I have that this works is my own testimony. I deal with severe anxiety & depression on a regular basis. When I listen to this, things aren't so bad. It's like my brain calms down and the anxiety goes away. Same with the depression! And my cat, not sure what this does to her brain, but she is normally very high strung and reclusive. When she gets wound up, I play this and she comes and curls up next to me and relaxes. This is a wonderful video for humans & felines alike!
WTF!!! This sound just got rid of my migraine. I didn't even notice at first. I pressed play, laid down and within a couple of minutes was thinking to myself. "Is this actually doing something. I'm starting to feel kind of good here". When it was over I sat back at the computer and was feeling different. That's when I noticed my migraine was reduced to an ever so slight headache. Fucking incredible!

I've never, EVER been able to slip into a meditative state so easily...I've been looking and trying so hard to find something to help in my self-healing process, as I've been afflicted with a health condition that's making my bladder go crazy. Thanks for sharing. Love this and find it very soothing. When I meditate(every night) I always ask for God's pure white light to surround me and protect me. I also do this for my loved ones. I've been doing that for a long time and it works.

What's interesting is the cross over of spirituality and science. Monks have claimed that chanting the "Ohm" has healing powers for the body, mind and soul. Now science talks about String theory and how everything is vibrating, and that vibration, determines what that object is made of, ex: gold vibrates at one frequency while lead vibrates at another. All vibrations make a sound. An illness would cause a tonal change in ones vibration, so it would make cense to re-tune, like any instrument.
