What if we get conditional Letter and don't get enough bands which require for the particular course..then you have to give their ESL OR EPT at arrival..??
Before arrival, if you don't meet the criteria then u won't be able to get an unconditional letter.

if the Backlogs mentioned in Final transcript then max 8-10 will be acceptable.

I have completed my graduation in BSc Chemistry now I'm planning to pursue my masters in Environmental Science from Tru.i got distinction in all 6 sem my CGPA is 8.27/10.i checked all criteria on the uni website. Your mentioned fee structures are partially correct as you are not talking about an international students total education expenditure. For a course of post bacalaurea an applicant needs to keep aside 45k CAD FOR TWO YEARS OF TENURE
