I'm not sure how the request text comes through formatted on the Facebook page, but you could still potentially scrape the data into a spreadsheet or database.
Or just have a link on the facebook page and set up an online shop, plenty of websites out there that enable you to do that with pretty little bit of effort (something like square space or with a bit more know how you could use wordpress and really customise it) but once you had it set up you would be able to have all the order data right at your finger tips. Much less hassle.

Its funny I realize it is hard for me to tell what time of Day it is there because your Summer sunlight is so long. So when you say it is 5 am it's hard to believe it is so bright out that early! I guess you take great advantage of the long daylight in your growing season.
Richard, could you do a video on how you filter the water from your pond and how you manage the pond. I want to put in a pond. Right now I have an artesian well that I pump to a water tower that I built.
would you consider migrating into a platform with a really small fee ? so small that will make you think about the time you will save by not moving & consolidating data?

Look up "Community Supported Agriculture" (CSA). There are different ways of doing it - for example through subscribing to vegetable boxes.
