Hello Mark, can you start over again the hard reset process, but when the recovery menu with blue letters pop up, highlight " wipe cache partition" confirm to wipe that down and when it is done select ' reboot phone" and see if that helps if dont, from google play open the photos app and install updates for that application, reboot your phone and that should fix the problem 🙏 let me know in a new commemt if you have another question and please Subscribe to the Channel and now you can leave tip if you like to via Venmo app usarname @claudioLid to improme the quality of it, thank you very very much before hand 🤝

hello if the phone is from Korea you have to network unlock it in order to work with a different Sim Card, I am pretty sure I'm the Philippines there should a store that can do that, let em know in a new comment if you have another question and please Subscribe for future references, thanks a lot 🙏
