Hey I am starting a TH-cam channel myself I would love to collaborate and do some testing, shooting with you I am in N.C. It would be my dream to make some content with you . The Channel is triggerman customs it’s the name of the shop I am trying to open as well so thank u for making great videos and content
Congrats! Great video. I ordered a silencer from Silencer Central and got the same kit, except there was no ink pad included in my kit. I watched the video, followed the instructions. It was super easy and SC has been very good about communicating back to me the status of my order. I'm anxiously awaiting my first silencer to arrive. They told me that in the future if I order another silencer, I won't have to go thru the paperwork, prints, etc. Enjoy your "can" when it arrives.
Awesome
That’s cool! One thing I always disliked about getting a new CCW permit wherever I move to another state is redoing fingerprints.
Wow I was just talking to my lady about getting my quite can papers . Now I know how I'm going to get it done . Thanks again wtw ...
👍👍
WTW make sure you keep us updated on the progress !
Thanks
Silencer Central made the process of ordering everything needed for suppressors and setting up the trust very easy. I know that there is a much faster online way to apply now but I ordered my suppressors before the new system and I've been waiting for 9 months and counting. Silencer Central did their part very quickly and they were great to communicate with. It's the government that I'm still waiting for. It seemed like things would go faster once less people were doing it by the old snail mail process........ no such luck, still waiting. I'm hoping it comes through very soon. SC have nothing to do with how quickly it goes through. Best of luck with yours.
Thanks for the support! Glad we could help you out, fingers crossed that we can get that approval back soon!
@@SilencerCentral
Thanks for commenting. You guys at Silencer Central have been great and people should know that you even give monthly updates. Looking forward to that approval. Thanks guys. 👍
Thanks for this video it was great. Not many people showing how to do this. Great job on making informed videos for all us simple folk 😜
I've always been wanting to try a shusher on my 22. I've always heard how much of hassle it is. After seeing this it think I'll give it a try. 👍👍
Good luck! If you've been less than too naughty it shouldn't be a problem. Just don't make any mistakes, a tiny error on a form will get you swiftly kicked to the back of the line.
Give us a call! Putting subs through a 22 suppressor is 👌👌👌
I got mine Banish 22 from Silencer Central. It was easy. They set up my trust and add names to it as I requested. I have 2 units from them now also have Banish 223. They are great they come apart for cleaning.
Thanks for call out in this amazing video!!!!! Can not wait to get you your cans and get you shooting suppressed!!
Already planning out hunting season this fall!
Current wait time?
@@bobbymabe2313 We are seing around 90 Days for the new ATF eForms
I used a small circular ink pad when buying an SBR and found it pretty difficult. Two tips - 1. Get it done at a police station or Sheriff’s Department. They can’t stop your application so it doesn’t hurt to have them do it. 2. Get anyone you might know who works in law enforcement to roll your prints. It is much easier than doing it yourself.
Agreed. Its easier when you have a seasoned pro, rolling your fingers around!
The easiest way would be to stop letting our Rights be infringed & being able to just go walk in the store, pick out the can you want, pay for it, go home with it.
I was trained on how to roll my own prints by by father who was a booking deputy. Through the years I have had to have my prints taken and in some cases did a better job then the pros.
@@pewpewTN No argument from me.
@@vincedjr That’s not surprising, but you sound like the fortunate exception rather than the rule. I had a difficult time with my prints. Too little or too much ink, and the rolling motion was very awkward. The person I worked with in the gunshop was little help due the risk of Covid.
Back in the day printing was done using ink rolled on a glass plate. The officer taking the prints was often experienced and manually controlled the roll of the fingers. That worked pretty well, as you likely know given your background.
It sad that we as legal Us citizens have to deal with this.
If everyone had to do this for earplugs.
I’d bet it be different.
100percent agree
I found the silencer changed my point of impact, so would appreciate you trying this out and see if your Bing bangs do the same thing.
Yes they will change it. I have dedicated guns for mine that the suppressor’s will stay on.
Thanks for posting, been thinking about getting one...
Great info ! Thanks for sharing.
Hopefully you will get it soon. It used to take several months to get it back from ATF .
I would be interested to find out chrono speed of suppressed vs non-suppressed rounds...also if suppressor affects accuracy. Good job, whotee... 😁
There are tons of videos already out there, on those subjects!

Feel Free to check out our blog, We have a few articles that cover these topics
The can practically adds barrel length, hence it increases speed. Veries from one can to the next, and from one cartridge to the next. Also, can - in my cases - does not impact accuracy but it usually changes point of impact.
Nice ! I'm a little late fell asleep 8pm wide awake 3am , Yay ! Lol
I need to get this process started
I have 2 shushers for rifle took 9 months each. Great video 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
You mean silencers? 😂
Thank you for showing this process. Unfortunately I can't posses a can in Massachusetts.
I know you can’t make your own silencer without having to go through all the ATF bs, but would you be allowed to make a “can” that actually increases the volume of your gun? Would be fun to try that.
It's called a muzzle brake. 😉
Fun for pulling the trigger no so much being beside the person pulling the trigger. 🤣
If you stand up while doing your prints it might be easier.
Roll from outside to inside if you have to do that again. It is much easier.
It’s about time bud.
Good video
Wooooot! My man. Hickok45 talking about silencer central made me choose them. The process was so smooth! Super congrats man, very exciting feeling! I hope you get it quick. It’s been over a month for me so far. I hear it can take quite awhile but! Soon ;) ( haven’t finished the video yet. What silencer did you get?) I’ll edit this if you answer
First banish 30 gold
@@WHOTEEWHO woo nice, I went with the banish30. It will be cool to see what the gold does vs the regular. Congrats again man
Adam when my sheriff's department did my fingerprinting they rolled my finger once across the ink and then on the paper I'm wondering if you're getting too much ink on there.
When you get them you should do a bullet drop with and without the can on
Are you going to be reviewing the buck thirty by banish?
Hopefully I get one soon
This has to be easier than that damn Silencershop Kiosk. The people at my choose gun shop didn't even know how to hardly use the kiosk. Much less, advise me to lube up my dry hands, before rolling my finger prints onto the kiosk screen! 😬 So it took me 20 tries to get half ass prints.
Same experience I had with the SS kiosk. The staff at the gun shop was not at all helpful and it was difficult to get good prints. Finally after a one year wait I got my can! Love my DeadAir Mask!
Shusher paper work. 😀
Today was day 69 of wait for me. Finger print kit was cool I'm just not good at it lolz. The wait is hardest part.
I love dealing with those guys. I own 2 banash 30's, a banash .22 and waiting on the atf to approve my banash 223. Plus I had 2 barrels threaded by them as well.
Awesome!
I need a barrel threaded
99 bucks for them to do it.
I live a couple miles from there. Did my prints, picture, and e-forms right in the place. Hope that shaves off a bit of time. They told me 3-5 months, I'm not holding my breath. Especially not with the potato in chief trying to ruin everything.
Oh awesome
Sleepy joe can soak my cork
Thanks for stopping on by, being able to stop by sure helps cut down on postage delays!
How does the trust part of it work like what does it even mean?
Worth giving it a google
Either we're free or we're not
Now a can will help with saving your hearing. Going to have to re-zero your bing bangs though😉
Same here too
Did you happen to be in Destin Florida? Thought I saw ya from a distance but wasn’t sure.
Nope
👍👍

Wow, for a country where it seems anyone can buy a gun, you sure do go through a lot of crap to get a suppressor. I know Americans who like to give use grief here in New Zealand because we can't carry handguns and now most people can't own anything semi-automatic over .22lr (if it's bolt action you can buy just about anything, 50BMG is fine). Anyway, I can walk into any store that sells suppressors, buy a dozen of them and simply walk out with them.
Yup. Messed up
They can't take your guns away like they want to because of the constitution, so they spitefully take away as much of the fun as they can. Imagine just how harmful a tube of metal can be! They classify it right up there with automatic weapons and grenades.
@@WHOTEEWHO One day you should come out to NZ and do some hunting, we have many specials of deer plus Tar, goats including Chamios and other "pests". Best of all there is no seasons and you don't need tickets to shoot them.
@@Pete856 I would love that
@@WHOTEEWHO id watch
I will miss the turn, if I’m talkin’. 😂
Why do you guys need a permit for a can?
Because we decided to let tyrants push us around.
I want one 😂
Fingerprints are such a flawed way to identify people anyway. Many judges have said after they understood the science that they wouldn't let them be admissible in court.
Pretty much identical form for fingerprints when you become a law enforcement officer. Filed with the FBI.
Too cool Haha
Herd they dont approve it on the first time but hope you get it did they tell you how long it will take
Sure they will, if you jumped through all the hoops!
It ain’t hard to apply for a can. It’s the ATF that make this process so hard and long. I been waiting 8 months.
The police department would of done your prints for you ?
Why go to pd when I don't have to leave my house? :)
They might have the electronic finger prints n would be on there way to the ATF
Can’t wait to see how it works out for you. I’ve been putting it off because it seems like a pain in the butt. Which makes NO sense to me! Hearing protection should be encouraged not discouraged! Typical government “alphabet agency” nonsense!
The hardest part is the wait the government puts onto the buying process ( don't get us started -_-) If you are ever interest feel free to reach out, we will make the process super simple for you so all you have to do is sit back and plan your next hunt or range day.
Wouldn't be nice if they dropped the "F" off of ATF, cause they can't do a d**med thing involving firearms, their grade would be a "F" concerning their job profisionsy
While we are at it, just drop all the letters....
Hoody Hoo
Heyo
Does it say what to do if you lost your thumb in a hitchhiking accident. Lol
Free men don't ask for permission
Being in prison isn't being free either 😆😆😆
Compliance is slavery
I've been waiting about 13 months for mine ! I've been through several 15 year background checks for various jobs in two weeks but 13 months for hearing protection 🤔 🐂💩
Sorry ass ATF & the anti-Constitutional laws they enforce.
Does it still cost $200 per year to quietly exercise your 2nd Amendment right?
The 200 dollars is a one time fee.
Curious to see which one you chose. K? L? Found done great deals on some, but just can't bring myself to pay that $205
