I remember my mom saying she would hear her voice. She even said she saw her in our home. I remember trying to remember the way her voice sounded. As time went by I forgot her voice. It's been 32 years and my baby sister April Nicole Thomas... I miss you, there's no other way to say it. I'm crying as I write this. I will love you forever. My best friend always. Until we meet again.

I was doing CPR on my husband and i heard his voice calmly saying ‘baby you can stop’ I checked and there was no pulse no respirations and I kept going. I heard him say it again ‘baby you can stop I’m alright just let me go’ he passed on and left me here, and I miss him. Sometimes I still hear him, but I know it’s just my mind playing tricks on me.

I heard him say it again ‘baby you can stop I’m alright just let me go’ he passed on and left me here, and I miss him. Sometimes I still hear him, but I know it’s just my mind playing tricks on me.

I lost my soulmate of almost 11 years, last year on Feb 25th of 2023. When I listen to this song, it makes me sad, but makes me think about him. I will always love him.. and as they say on Lisa Frankenstein, “They say time heals all wounds. But that's a lie, time is the wound. Takes you further and further away from that place when you were happy.”

I completely understand, I too lost my soulmate last year on May 22, 2023. Songs, such as this one, are some of my favorite tunes, always have been, however...you are right, listening to this song and others like it that I like, have a whole new meaning to me now. It's the nights that are (most of the time) the worst for me. I think of my husband every single day. So I do fully get what you mean here!!! I'm sorry for your loss, it's a club that no man, woman or child wants to belong to, but life has a way of throwing a monkey wrench into all things wonderful.
