I need to put in bitlocker key but after it say ran in problem again ...preparing and diagnosing pc ...return to your computer did not start correctly an endless loop cannot access safe mode

i get this on my piece of sh*t working laptop whenever i reboot it it always goes to blue screen, restarts and then just works like normal
thing is i have no control over any download and crap since they blocked every administrator rule for IT only
