    𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐎𝐯𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?
Ovulation is a process in which
    • A mature egg is released from the ovary and
    • Travels down the fallopian tube,
    • Where it may be fertilized by sperm.
In some women, ovulation does not occur regularly or at all, which can lead to difficulties in getting pregnant. OI is used to overcome this problem and help women with irregular or absent ovulation to conceive.
OI can be done in combination with other treatments such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF) to improve success rates.

    • It is a type of OI that involves the use of medications to stimulate the ovaries to produce multiple eggs.
    • Super Ovulation is another term used to describe this process.
    • Oral ovulugens, such as Clomiphene, and injectable medications, such as HMG and UGC, can be used to induce ovulation and promote the development of multiple follicles.
