Everytime I ride it now it makes me appreciate it more. Because it's so light you can react to attacks so quickly and then the stiffness and good aero allows me to close the gap instantly. Then there's the compliance wbich allows you to stay fresh through out the ride, It really does everything well!!
Im wondering if you’ll try an S-Works version of the SL8 which hasnthe Fact 12r carbon fiber. The pro version only uses tge Fact 10r. Cause ostro vam has the highest kind of carbon fiber they used.
Don’t let the marketing get you haha I have a friend that totaled his sl8 pro and replaced with s works and can’t tell the difference. Yes factor uses the highest mod carbon but the sl8 pro soaks up road better. We are not pros and most will never be able to tell the difference from carbon used. I rode a friends high mod cannondale system six, and I purchased a regular system six. Can’t tell.
I like new and I would build and new Allez sprint frame up. Hit me up on IG to talk more and can point you in direction on frame groupset wheelset and get you deals
Why are you quoting speeds in miles per hour? The most American rider I know (ie Lance) quotes in kph and kms for distance. Trust me, convert your Garmin to metric - your motivation will increase significantly.
I am probably building one for myself next season. Exactly this color, it is lovely.
Makes me want to get one
Only if you got a good deal. Still love the ostro. You would not be gaining any major performance just a different ride experience
