Crazy Box, Gambler of Legend, Last Turn; this match was straight out of the anime.

Out of the anime, this is from fucking all the luck of the millennium puzzle for the turn to go like that.

So if armour master would have stayed, It would have been an auto draw because Cimooos monster wouldn’t be alone.

So way back in the day I remember building a Mushroom Man #2 deck relying on stall and Vengeful Servant and Unstable Evolution equipped to #2. Not sure if it was proper but Unstable Evolution specifically says it changes the Original ATK so Vengeful Servant meant each time Mushroom man swapped control he'd do 2400 or 1000 damage + his 300 at end phase.
I was so hyped that mushrooman#2 was gonna beat it but nope we're not allowed to have any fun

Last Turn word for word: "The player whose monster remains alone on the field at the End Phase of this turn wins the Duel. Any other case results in a DRAW." Seems to me that if the Synchro at the end got to stay on the field, the game would have been a draw since Cimo's monster would not be alone on the field.
Has since been overruled. You win with Last Turn even if you end with 6 Monsters on your field.
Additionally, Last Turn does *not* skip to your end phase. If Cimooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo didn't summon a monster, he could've just entered battle phase with Dark Armor Master anyway and killed MBT through normal battle. LT damage negation only affects that one battle between special summoned Monsters and it doesn't grant any protection from getting killed later that turn, since usually the effect already makes winning through any other way impossible.
No joke, this kind of yugioh had me giggling and laughing the whole time. Especially when mushroom man #2 almost won by using its burn effect
Last Turn, the only card where its ruling is decided by stream subs

42:19 - Moments like this are why I think the TCG/OCG Databases should have *_every card in the game_* updated to PSCT, even if they were only ever printed once back in LOB and never saw the light of day again. You know, kinda like what MTG does with Gatherer; no matter how old the card is, if you look it up, you have modernized text for it.
Desertapir was reprinted in Japan in a 20-card half deck distributed to OTSes for events to teach beginners how to play, with updated text that specifies that it targets
Desertapir has not been reprinted in the TCG since DREV and doesn't tell you that it targets
I mean... if there is no special ruling, shouldn't the normal ruling just take place? Blackwing Armor Master is immune to all card effects - so Last Turn should *not* send it to the GY. All other cards are send, then Cimoo summons a Monster. Then a special battle phase starts in which the special summoned monster fights Avatar of the Pot. Regardless of the outcome, Armor Master just kills MBT in the actual battle phase (since Last Turn doesn't stop the turn, it just inserts a special battle phase) and the game ends before Last Turns endphase winconcheck applies. (Last Turn ends the game in the end phase, meaning if you manage to win before that, you still win. Any burn damage or additional damage in the battle phase can do that, albeit rarely necessary)

Judging by a ruling with Elemental Hero Wildheart (a monster immune to trap effects) armor master would've stayed on the field after last turn resolves
What ruling are you talking about?
Point was that a card like Evenly Match forces a mandatory action on a player which bypasses any effect immunity a card could have as it's not affecting a card
Last turn says you send the cards, so it does affect monsters.

I'm pretty sure that if Armed Wing had stayed on the field the game would have ended in a DRAW. Last Turn states: "After [sending all cards to the graveyard], your opponent selects and Special Summons 1 monster from their Deck in face-up Attack Position and attacks your selected monster. (Any Battle Damage from this battle is treated as 0.) The player whose monster remains alone on the field at the End Phase of this turn wins the Duel. Any other case results in a DRAW." Meaning that if, somehow, one of the player ends with TWO monsters on the field at the End Phase, it defaults to a DRAW instead of a victory!
No it's just wonky old text. If you check the rulings the correct interpretation is "if a player controls at least a monster and the opponent doesnt they win"

Honestly, I think Last Turn would actually be a draw there, but it's hard to say because the card uses the words "After that". I assume that would translate to "If you do" in psct, so the battle would not be able to happen this resulting in "any other case". Old cards were kind of like poetry, they were open to interpretation...
i really want konami to release a psct version of last turn. it would never be unbanned but it would be a cool collectors thing. doing problem solving card text data base would be helpful for cards which have not been reprinted so that the don't need to be

43:24 If you go word for word, avatar stays on the field, armor master stays on the field, cimo special summons a monster (2 outcomes), if the monster atk is equal to avatar, then both die, and Cimo achieves the win condition of last turn. Outcome 2 is Cimo picks a monster with an atk less or greater than avatar, then Cimo has 2 monsters and DRAW, or both players have 1 monster and DRAW.
Im not convinced on outcome #1.
I think the wording is referring to the new summoned monster.

The answer is Armor Master leaves the field. The precedent is the Trap Card "Forbidden Apocrypha." This trap card will send any(fusion, synchro, xyz) monster unaffected by card effects to the GY. The reason is because because it makes the player send those cards instead of the card itself. The (ole English) wording on "Last Turn" states that you are the one doing it, but I'm not a judge so whatever ruling sticks.
Last turn should affect the players, making them send the cards. Bypassing any monsters protection effects. "Each player sends all cards..." should be wording
Well, we’ll never know unless Konami either reprints the card or adopts an Oracle text system like MtG, neither of which will ever happen.
