Hi i have question, well in My assessement i'm tring to right down everything i found in paper that i printed from my PC i have many files each one is indicated to a one part of the body(of course i eliminate the other parts that may be the cause of the pain for example checking hip in case of low back pain) and some time the patient complains about more than one part for example low back , cervical and knee
so i print the files of cervical , lombo-pelvienne , knee assessement and during my assessement i feel so overwellmed because i'm trying to follow the tests on these files and fill every column and that take so much time , what should i do to make it easier for myself should i finish my assessement with no files and after that i try to remember what i found and wright it down
