I am on the same journey except, for some reason, my mood and emotions have gone so far down after trying to get sober. Like I have hit rock bottom and it's getting worse as I continue to go on being sober. I don't know what it is. But I am determined to stay sober even though the temptations are SO STRONG
@@fruitpunch4890 well I didnt have the same experience as this but remember that alcohol is a drug and our brains grow dependency. Give yourself grace and time. Say God’s name out loud when times get hard and meditate on the scriptures about the fruit of the spirit & sober mindedness ❤️ thinking about what Jesus did for us on the cross makes me hold strong even tho I “could’ve” continued on to the worlds standards. Hope you stay strong ❤️
Im on the same journey, except for the drinking my down falls cigarettes and weed (i have ptsd so weed helps me be able to stay calm to be able to eat and even sleep , however i know this is also not healthy) and God has really been speaking to me on this lately ! I quit smoking weed a week ago and haveslowed down onthe cigarettes but it has been a big struggle for me. Thank u for ur video

One thing I have started doing to help myself with this struggle is when I have the feeling of wanting or feeling like I need to smoke i have started reading my Bible or a Christian based book instead it has helped alot❤
Wow, it's been a month. My fav part is at 6:30....thankful the Lord has put me on this journey.
