@@houndtwo0783 since 049 is assumed to be from the years of the black death, it is fair to assume that his parents are long gone. Many theorize that the bird doctor used to be human so when he turned into what he is now, his parents were either long gone or never transformed with him.
@@jaxofspades9571 I have a theory as well maybe 049’s parents were beheaded because of 049’s powers and they thought his mum was a witch and they burned her and beheaded 049’s dad because he was thought to be helping her. This is 049-j’s story he’s the rumoured younger brother of 049. 049-j is called the plague fellow and he is made of masks and moss. Once 049-j was a human and a well known doctor who was very kind and would put his life on the live to protect others he could actually cure diseases they couldn’t cure back then and he taught them how to 049-j has a mean and heartless rival. One day 049-j went to the old ladies house to treat her illness when he walked in she cursed him mistaking him for his mean rival. He collapsed and when he woke up and checked under his glove he didn’t see flesh he saw masks and moss he ran away from home in fear of being called a monster the saw the change he was alive when man first went on the moon he was around before the foundation one day tired and lost he collapsed again a few hours later he heard voices not making rude remarks on him but sounding very worried about him then a few minutes later he woke up in a bed there was a little girl sat on a stool near him she appeared to not be scared of him even though his leg was showing and she could see the masks and moss that he was made of. 049-j ended up becoming great friends with the girl and the other villagers they treated him with love and care they were like the family he didn’t have he kept a photo of them in his bag one day he was found by the foundation who handcuffed him and shoved him in the van the girl began to try to fight off the foundation workers holding her back 049-j was trying to get out of the van the foundation drove away and 049-j was in tears when they stopped and shoved him into his cell he hid in the corner crying and scared he heard someone calling over to him it was another doctor 049 and 049-j looked at each over awkwardly and that’s when 049-j life at the foundation began
@@houndtwo0783 Like I said before on a different discussion, the foundation lacks an overall canon. Although, certain SCPs do have a canon attached to them. I'm not saying that your interpretation of 049-Js backstory is incorrect, just that there is already one main established canon for him that many do follow ( www.scpwiki.com/boiled-scrambled-and-fried ). I do enjoy your version of his backstory though as it goes into more depth and makes him seem more than a joke. Also, the idea of 049 having a mother suspected of witchcraft is something I haven't seen anybody cover and it's a nice concept!
