In this tutorial, I will show you how to create a neon glow lines effect around a person.
If you have the latest version of Photoshop CC 2018, check to see if you have the Curvature Pen Tool. This tool is easier to create the curve lines. If you do not have that tool, you can use the normal Pen Tool.

@@WeJustClickme I don't understand where the problem...with normal brush there is no pressure effect...but when I use "not standart brushes" it gets closer to your effect..but anyway the line is almost the same thickness :(

Perfect and good video. I can follow till blending mode. When i put layer mask n set the ground to black as per yr video. Then i use the brush to remove the line. Problem is the line can not be removed based on later mask. I tried n tried. But still not can not removed..pls advice how...thanks
