It seems too easy to backdoor in this game and just completely shatter the frontline, the nodes should be connected diagonally/laterally so that you don't have to go all the way back to restart capturing... that way if they go deep in your territory to backcap they are now surrounded and the frontline is still a thing.
Even if it was a face off without a back door Cho will wash eph. They don’t have a chance.

@@nicolaspeigne1429 I think the castle should have more defenses or something. There’s no gate what what I saw there’s nothing but a full ball of ass whooping the rolled right in to the courtyard of their castle.
@@katnipcaptin2965 especially if they keep the stats boost for the control of the node, but those defenses need to be able to be destroyed more easily with siege weapons

I feel like they should make the buffs be on the faction with no points taken. This way what happened doesn’t again. And maybe give the team with all points less respawn time or something less snowball oriented. Idk just my 2 cents

PA probably had a way different picture than what's currently playing out for this stupid mode. They do such a terrible job of applying reality to their half-baked ideas.
They wanted this to play all slow and methodical, but that's not how competitive players think. They want to discover all of the speedrunning cheats.
it's designed to be fast paced and non-competitive, but at the same time, they put a very strict requirements on leading guilds, but almost no restriction on 3rd legion, so 90% of ppl in 3rd legion won't even know what is happening most of the time, while the leading guild that comes prepared will have some actual fighting and strategy clash going on. NA was just unfortunate, that the top NA alliance was matched with well... no match at all really

There should be no premades in War of the Roses. It's 300v300, but in reality it's only 100v100 and a buch of fodder to feed the leading guild. If it stays like that, randoms will only sign up for the bag, instead of actually playing the game, turning the experience very frustrating for both sides. We also need a large scale pvp content, where you CAN join as a random, without being gate kept (this is more relevant for EU, because NA don't gate keep large scale PvP, but in EU it's under lock and key).
Getting blue on your WOTR team has to feel bad.

Cho is just ridiculously strong. Plus, they had a way better grasp of the tactics and better planning going in. The snowball effect of buffs you get for holding points also didn't help.

I knew I was right when I gave up on PA a couple years ago.
The only redeeming thing BDO has is graphics and combat (in pve). PvP looks like an unreadable mess, especially at this scale. Shit used to be great before the escalation in animations, speed and damage scaling.
